The location was favourable, for example, a Renaissance - style palace was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were all fashionable and airy with a mini fridge and really comfortable beds, as example.

Personnel was thoughtful and knowledgeable!

The room was good sized and stylish and there were a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating. The bedroom was really big, and the bed was comfortable.

Being just a few steps from the fine Piazza del Campo and Museo dell'Opera Metropolitana made it so convenient for city strolls and sightseeing adventures.

Honestly no reason to complain. Really kind stuff; quick check in. Public parking outside provided. All in all marvellous location, near to a very nice garden, and excellant restaurants. Nearby La Compagnia dei Vinattieri - great place to chill out👌

The location is right in the heart of Siena just around the corner from the Duomo. The staff are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, welcoming, and very accommodating. We stayed in the apartment unit and it is spotless, comfortable, and has every luxury from a full kitchen to a washing machine and even a private garden. I wish we were able to say for a longer period and hope to do so sometime in the future. We would highly recommend b&b Duomo to everyone!

I stayed for 2 nights in a Family Room, and it was good! The apartment is right in the heart of the city. Though there was some noise at night, the owners did their best to block it out was nice.

I thought that B&B Duomo was very interesting and in a great location. It was very clean and the garden with the well was very nice. The young man who was at the office was very helpful.

Kind and helpful staff. Great location.

Felt like a hotel for budget travelers, but was quite expensive. Also, the door to the small hotel was always unlocked, but there was not always a staff member present. Had I been traveling alone, I would have felt much less safe because of this.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There was a communal kitchen and place to store food in the fridge. Staff were helpful. Location was central. Rate was affordable - great value for money.

A very minor thing - a kettle in the kitchen would be good.

Too noisy at night!!! Room "36" is unacceptable due to its proximity to cleaning equipment!!! Reception lacks assistance after 2 PM!!! Be prepared for unexpected disturbances during your stay!!!
